Job Summary  Direct Sales Agent DSA is a contract position but can be renewable based on an individual’s performance. The position is largely commission based.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
Sales mobilization/Client recruitment
Training clients and preparing them for loans
Daily/Weekly sales reports
Customer engagements and feedback


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant must hold a diploma in marketing, business administration, microfinance, economics, or any other related field.
Sales skills
Learning and trainable attitude
Prospecting and lead generation
Negotiation and/or problem solving skills
Customer service, communication, time management and rapport building
Good understanding of English and at least one local language Experience in riding a motorcycle will be an added advantage
