Job Summary ⇒ The Accounts Assistant will assist accounting staff and
senior management in recording, reporting and managing company’s finances.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors of Commerce from a recognized
higher institution of learning.
⇗ Work experience of 1 to 2 years in similar busy role preferably private
sector as well as experience in Tally in the will be an added advantage.
⇗ Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
⇗ Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles,
practices, standards and laws & regulations
⇗ Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data
⇗ Ability to organize data and draft reports on daily, weekly and monthly
basis
⇗ Good Time Management and a fast learner
⇗ Excellent Telephone etiquette and good customer care skills
⇗ Dependability, Flexibility and Efficiency
⇗ Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines with minimum supervision
