About US ⇒
The Government of Uganda GoU has received a loan from the International Fund
for Agricultural Development IFAD towards financing a ten-year National Oil
Palm Project NOPP. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of
Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries MAAIF as the Lead Project Agency,
in partnership with other agencies, private sector and farmer Organisations.
Job Summary ⇒ The Office Attendant is in charge of keeping the office
premises and compound clean and tidy
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Deliver mail and documents to relevant office/places
⇗ Photocopy documents and ensure the photocopier and other office equipment are used properly and kept in working condition
⇗ Serve break tea to all the staff of the Hub and during meetings
⇗ The applicant must hold a UCE Certificate with at least four passes including the English Language
⇗ Fluency in oral and written English and working local languages
⇗ Be a Ugandan citizen with a National Identification card
⇗ Be computer literate and well versed in the use of word, excel and internet;
⇗ Be fluent in English - written and oral and demonstrate excellent report writing skills;
⇗ Be conversant with rural development strategies and gender equity;
