Job Summary ⇒ The Quantity Surveyor will be in charge of cost construction
projects, manage their costs to make sure they are completed within the
estimated budgets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ At least five years’ experience in cost estimation for building projects.
⇗ Must be well versed in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
⇗ Knowledge of relevant building, health and safety legislation and industry practice is a requirement.
