Job Summary ⇒ The Sales and Marketing Specialist sits at the intersection
between marketing and sales, but it also reaches into new product or service
development. We require a person with a strong commercial awareness,
impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills as well as drive,
determination, an eye for opportunities and a talent for orchestrating spaces
where customers, markets and partnerships can be brought together to create
opportunities for growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully engaging in direct
sales and managing the sales team
⇗ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s
customer base and ensure its strong presence
⇗ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of
sales and marketing representatives
⇗ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with them and understanding their needs
⇗ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
⇗ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status
⇗ Identifying new sales leads
⇗ Pitching products and/or services
⇗ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
⇗ Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
⇗ Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s
products
⇗ Developing quotes and proposals
⇗ Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
⇗ Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
⇗ Researching organizations and individuals online especially on social
media to identify new leads and potential new markets
⇗ Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions
about purchasing
⇗ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and
set up meetings
⇗ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a BS/MS degree in business administration or a
related field
⇗ Two to three years of experience in a related field
⇗ Creative skills.
⇗ Analytical skills.
⇗ Communication skills.
⇗ Negotiation skills.
⇗ Goal-focused.
⇗ Organizational skills
⇗ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
⇗ Strong business sense and industry expertise
⇗ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
⇗ Strong communication and IT fluency
⇗ Proven ability to coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to strategize
lead & sales opportunity qualification.
⇗ Ability to work independently with a vision on personal and team goals.
⇗ Ability to champion a project from conception through to implementation.
⇗ Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
⇗ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
