Job Summary ⇒ Our Client, a logistics company is searching for a Project
analyst to help drive a project from start to finish by contributing to the
planning process, setting KPIs and handling project documentation and
monitoring. Because of their detailed view of the project, the project analyst
will play an important role in both internal and external communication.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
⇗ He or she will have to report time to time on project deliverables and
schedules
⇗ Develops and establishes key reporting standards for an organization or
company
⇗ Establishing key performance indicators.
⇗ Monitoring and evaluating the project progress.
⇗ Analysing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
⇗ Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
⇗ Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking
timelines, etc.
⇗ Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
⇗ Maintains project assets, communications and databases
⇗ Reviews and reports on project budget
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Degree in business, administration, or a related
field required.
⇗ Certification for project management is an added advantage
⇗ Prior experience as a project analyst
⇗ Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
⇗ The candidate needs to possess very solid general management, leadership,
and organizational skills to organize everything.
⇗ Exceptional research and reporting skills
⇗ Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
⇗ Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
⇗ Experience with stakeholder and financial management.
⇗ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
⇗ Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⇗ Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
⇗ Must possess diligence to keep abreast of all programs
