Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and
type of stock is delivered
⇗ Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
⇗ Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly
when fragile.
⇗ Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
⇗ Preparing our clients’ orders by gathering and loading stock.
⇗ Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
⇗ Reporting all breakages and spills
⇗ Maintains the work logs, Perform any other task as per management request
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Diploma in logistics and procurement, supply
chain management or any relevant discipline.
⇗ One year of experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
⇗ Familiar with ERP systems or worked with ERP systems before like SAP which
is key for the role
⇗ Knowledge in URA guidelines regarding logistics or bond
