Job Summary ⇒ We are looking for a Human Resource Manager. Are you a people
manager and a team builder? And do you have a drive to constantly develop
others around you, as well as yourself? Do you recognize yourself in our core
values? We are looking for you! Our organization has a result and competence-
based approach and we offer an interesting job with a lot of responsibility
and autonomy. You will be supervising a team of 3 HR assistants, our company
kitchen and daycare as well as some staff in facility management. You will be
reporting to the Finance & HR Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Identify human resource needs of the company and propose ways to improve
human resource management
⇗ All legal and compliance aspects of personnel management
⇗ Planning and organizing the recruitment process
⇗ Develop and organize the employee development program talent management
⇗ Facility management day care, kitchen etc.
⇗ Creating insight through reports to the Finance & HR director about HR
related developments in the company


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
⇗ Three years of proven experience in a similar position in a reputable
organization
⇗ Good understanding of labor and employment laws
⇗ Preferably experience with a digitalized way of working with online HR
systems
