The Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board LGRB is a body corporate
established under the Lotteries and Gaming Act No. 7 of 2016 to supervise and
regulate the establishment, management, and operation of lotteries, gaming,
betting, and casinos in Uganda.
Job Summary ⇒ The Administrative Officer – CEO’s Office will manage
activities of the CEO’s office
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
Administration of CEO’s office.
⇗ Support the CEO in the documentation and preparation of presentations and correspondences to management and other Institutions in line with the Board’s guidelines.
⇗ Monitor progress on all incoming and outgoing mails and provide feedback.
⇗ Maintain an updated dairy of the CEO.
⇗ Plan and monitor the transport needs of the CEO’s office.
⇗ Organize meetings, take minutes and convey decisions of such meetings to relevant Officers/Offices.
⇗ Ensure that relevant documents for meetings and speeches are produced on time.
⇗ Manage records in accordance with established security and records management procedure
General office administration
⇗ Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, safe custody, security and confidentiality of official information and documents.
Staff performance
⇗ Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ Certificate in the related field is desired
⇗ Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
⇗ Communication and presentation skills.
⇗ Innovative.
