The Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board LGRB is a body corporate
established under the Lotteries and Gaming Act No. 7 of 2016 to supervise and
regulate the establishment, management, and operation of lotteries, gaming,
betting, and casinos in Uganda.
Job Summary ⇒ The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for office
cleanliness, logistics and delivery of correspondences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
Administration of LGRB correspondences.
⇗ Supervise the service provider to ensure that office premises are maintained clean at all times.
⇗ Ensure the pantry is organized and tidy at all times.
Office logistics
⇗ Maintain an accurate register for staff lunch.
⇗ Maintain an inventory of utensils and kitchen appliances.
Other Duties
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold an O’ level certificate.
⇗ Possession of an up-to-date driving permit with appropriate class for Motorcycle Class A is desired
⇗ Ability to communicate in English and provide prompt feedback.
⇗ Cleanliness and tidiness.
