About US ⇒
The Uganda Development Corporation UDC was set up by the Uganda Development
Corporation Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary
objective of facilitating industrial and economic development of the country.
This objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated
companies, entering into public private partnerships with any commercial,
industrial or agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing
and management of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development;
and promoting and facilitating research into industrial development.
Job Summary ⇒ The Manager Investments Investments Appraisal will plan,
drive and manage the investment appraisal process to aid sound investment
decisions, maximize investments return and engage positively with all
stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and viability of investments in
line with the Corporation’s strategic plan.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Economics, statistics,
Commerce or related field from a recognized University/Institution
⇗ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or
related discipline from a recognized institution
⇗ Full professional qualifications in finance preferably CFA
⇗ Training in funds mobilization and management
⇗ Training in Project Planning, deal structuring, appraisal and Management
will be an added advantage.
⇗ Working experience in investment appraisal and analysis of at least 10
years of which 5 should have been at senior management level
⇗ Age Below 54 years
