Placement Solutions Uganda Limited PSU is a company incorporated in the
Republic of Uganda providing a full range of management consultancy services
in the area of Human Resource Management to include; Recruitment,
organizational design and development, performance management, training,
Vetting and Background checks, Manpower Management & Payroll Services. Our
client is seeking to fill the following positions; Sales and Marketing
Executives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
⇗ Meeting sales targets for Tricycles.
⇗ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate
customer needs
⇗ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
networking and social media
⇗ Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes
and concerns
⇗ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
⇗ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
⇗ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
⇗ Participate in Marketing, Communication and promotions strategy for the
company;
⇗ Prepare a weekly/monthly activity calendar with agenda and defined outcomes
for implementation / Improvement of overall sales productivity and management;
⇗ Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
⇗ The applicants for the Sales and Marketing Executive job should hold a
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
⇗ At least six months' experience selling tricycles.
⇗ Interpersonal skills
⇗ Goal oriented and able to deliver results
⇗ Must be able to communicate in both English and Luganda
⇗ Excellent communication skills
⇗ Strong negotiation skills
