Job Summary ⇒ The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for building
and managing ENGSOL - Client relations and providing customer support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Design and Implement customer feedback management Strategies.
⇗ Identify and track Customer complaints and challenges.
⇗ Liaise with the different departments in regards to handling customer
complaints or feedback.
⇗ Engage customers on a daily basis and give feedback.
⇗ Build Lasting relationships with ENGSOL Clients
⇗ Follow up on addressing of the customer complaints and business needs.
⇗ Follow up on customer pending payments.
⇗ Generate weekly and monthly customer related reports
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration/Marketing /Customer relationship Management courses
⇗ A minimum of two years of experience in Client relationship Management
⇗ Knowledge in client relationship Management
⇗ Driving licence
