About US ⇒
The Uganda Development Corporation UDC was set up by the Uganda Development
Corporation Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary
objective of facilitating industrial and economic development of the country.
This objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated
companies, entering into public private partnerships with any commercial,
industrial or agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing
and management of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development;
and promoting and facilitating research into industrial development.
Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial
planning, financial analysis, evaluation, structuring, predicting future
performance and appraisal of projects/ entities in which UDC desires to
invest.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Post Graduate qualification in Business
Administration, Finance or Economics
⇗ Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA.
⇗ Bachelor’s degree in of Commerce, Business Administration, Finance,
Accounting, Economics or Statistics, are preferred major fields
⇗ Six years of business finance of which at least 3 years of relevant
experience of which is in investment/project analysis and appraisal.
⇗ Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
⇗ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data query/data
management tools Access, SQL, Business Objects
⇗ Age Below 54 years
