About US ⇒
The Uganda Development Corporation UDC was set up by the Uganda Development
Corporation Act 2016 as the investment arm of Government with the primary
objective of facilitating industrial and economic development of the country.
This objective is met through; establishment of subsidiary and associated
companies, entering into public private partnerships with any commercial,
industrial or agricultural undertaking or enterprises, assisting in financing
and management of undertakings promoting industrial or economic development;
and promoting and facilitating research into industrial development.
Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Information Technologist Officer will provide
technical guidance in the planning and management of all information systems,
technology, systems security and database integrity for a fully integrated
information services function.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold an Honors degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology or Computer Engineering from a recognized University/Institution
⇗ Post Graduate qualifications in Information Technology or related field
⇗ Membership of or accreditation to internationally recognized professional
body in ICT is added advantage
⇗ At least 6 years working experience in designing and implementing MIS/ICT
systems in a reputable organization
⇗ Age Below 54 years
