a broad product portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural
Mineral Water, Juices, Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Advise managers and employees on HR related inquires or requests.
⇗ Assist in performance management processes and staff attendance tracking.
⇗ Understand the payroll processes like PAYE, NSSF, withholding Tax and any
other deductions that may arise.
⇗ Maintain compliance for human resource and different line managers
⇗ Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities.
⇗ Complete termination paperwork and conduct an exit interview for staff.
⇗ Maintain an updated employee HR database.
⇗ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
⇗ Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
⇗ Provide advice on pay and other remuneration issues like, overtime.
⇗ Provide counselling and maintain compliance with all company policies and
procedures
⇗ perform any other duties as per management request.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or
Business Administration from a reputable University.
⇗ At least four years of HR experience in a similar role in a busy
environment
⇗ He/She must be able to work in a fast pace environment
⇗ Knowledge in SAP or any ERP System is a must for this role.
