a broad product portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural
Mineral Water, Juices, Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
⇗ Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth
by the company
⇗ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
⇗ Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company
policy change
⇗ Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution
to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
⇗ Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record
updated
⇗ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a
comprehensible way
⇗ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The candidate must be proficient in either Eastern languages Lugisu,
iteso, kumam, and Japadhola or Northern languages Acholi, langi, lugbara,
Alur, kakwa and Madi
⇗ A minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
⇗ Previous experience in a customer support role
⇗ Track record of over-achieving quota
⇗ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
⇗ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
⇗ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
⇗ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
⇗ Strong computer skills
⇗ High level of professionalism
