market them. We armed them with the necessary education and the tools, so they
could realize their full potential and their vision.

Job Summary ⇒ The Senior Sales Manager will plan and develop creative sales
strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Review the existent sales strategies and Design new improvement strategies
⇗ Analytics conducting research and analyse market trends to aid on decision
making
⇗ Identifying opportunities in the market and understanding the market and
competitive environment.
⇗ Relationship development and maintenance of relationships.
⇗ Knowledge and Opportunity identify and develop new market opportunities
for the business.
⇗ Collaboration play a collaborative role, partnering up with the finance
department to ensure availability of sufficient funds


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a BBA, Business Management, Marketing, or any other
related field
⇗ A minimum of five years of experience in a sales position within edible
oils manufacturing industry, preferably as a Sales Manager.
