Job Summary ⇒ The Clerk of Works will mainly inspect and ensure
construction works meet standards, specifications as well as the health and
safety requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Higher Diploma in Civil and Building Engineering,
Quantity Surveying, or any related course from a recognized institution.
⇗ Minimum of seven years of experience, four of which should be in the Clerk
of Works role.
⇗ Good analytical and communication skills
