About US
Kampala Capital City Authority is the legal entity, established by the Ugandan Parliament that is responsible for the operations of the capital city of Kampala in Uganda. It replaced the Kampala City Council.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible to the Supervisor Land Management for performing the following duties-
Carrying out research and preparing reports on the various activities in the Land Management Unit in line with the land management guidelines
Creating and managing assets inventory in line with the Land Management guidelines.
Collecting information on leases between KCCA and third parties in line with the Land Management guidelines and land Management Act.
Taking safety measure and recovering the KCCA properties in line with the Kampala Capital City Authority in line with the land management and land Management Act.
Providing Sensitization on Laws and guidelines that relate to land management to both the external and internal clients in line with the Kampala Capital City Authority Land Management guidelines.
Processing the initiation of Surveys and Valuation of KCCA proper-ties in line with the Kampala Capital City Authority Land Management guidelines.
Processing regularizing ownership of property owned by Kampala Capital City Authority in line with Land Management guidelines.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The applicants for the Kampala Capital City Authority KCCA Officer Land Management jobs should be Ugandans holding Honours Bachelor’s Degrees in either Law, Real Estate Business Management, Land Management, Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Land Economics, Botany, Environmental Engineering or Geomatics and Land Management from a recognized University or Institution.
Applicants should have a minimum of two 2 years of working experience in handling land issues at Assistant Officer or Officer level in Government or from a reputable organization.
Age Above 25 years
