On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced candidates to fill up the following positions in Uganda.
Talent and Admin Officer – Kampala
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Recruitment and Onboarding
Support team recruitment
Post job vacancies on appropriate venues
Source applications from external recruiters, university contacts, and employee referrals
Compile and manage the company candidate database.
Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required.
forms for employment. File signed offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate orientation program for all newly hired staff. Provide orientation on HR policies
Work with the hiring
Office Administration
Petty Cash Management
Office Event Management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Passionate about positively impacting smallholder farmers and customers in rural areas.
University degree with 1-3 years of work experience e.g., human resources, administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited follow-up.
Strong time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize.
Detail-oriented, with a highly developed sense of reliability
High level of integrity and accountability
Adaptive and flexible; ability to learn quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and Google Drive
