Job Summary  Provide Administrative support services to the Unit.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
Maintain electronic and manual records at the unit;
Supervise support staff within the Unit;
Manage logistics within the Unit;
Provide secretarial services to unit committees;
Make hotel bookings, arrange meetings, itinerary;
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Management Sciences from a recognized University.
Computer literacy
Interpersonal skills and teamwork
Communication skills
