Job Summary ⇒ We are looking for an IT specialist/computer technician. Are
you a good problem solver and do you love technology And do you have a drive
to deliver excellent services to your colleagues Do you recognize yourself in

lot of autonomy in which you are challenged to maintain our network, computers
and servers to ensure a fully functioning IT infrastructure. You will be
reporting to the Finance & HR Director and you will be supported by an
external IT consultant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Regular maintenance and check-ups of all hardware to ensure proper
functioning of the company network firewall, optic fibre network, servers,
printers, routers PC's etc.
⇗ Organizing software updates and anti-virus protection for all users and the
network
⇗ Issuance of phones, sim cards, personal computers and laptops and keeping a
register of all issuances.
⇗ Problem solving for all hard- and software related issues within the
company
⇗ Developing Excel and Access databases and tools to improve processes within
the organization.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Computer Science
⇗ Three years of proven experience in a reputable organization
⇗ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Access
⇗ CISCO certificate shall be an added advantage
