Job Summary ⇒ The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for the
professional, efficient and profitable management of the Mbarara branch.
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Leadership, performance management and development of Branch Team
⇗ Ensure safety and security of the Branch Team, assets and visitors
⇗ Management and control of Branch operations, expenses and activities
⇗ Retain and grow customer base and customer service delivery
⇗ Planning, budgeting and reporting
⇗ Management of contract tractor service operations
⇗ Promotion and marketing of the Branch, its products and services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Automotive
/Agricultural Engineering.
⇗ Diploma in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
⇗ Three years of experience in automotive / Agri-mechanical service industry.
⇗ Knowledgeable in tractor and Mechanical operations
⇗ A valid driving licence for manual vehicles is required.
