Job Summary The Accounts Assistant will actively participate in stock
takes and assist in stock reconciliations
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Participate in booking of supplier invoices - uploading scanned invoices in
ERP system
⇗ Allocate receipts and reconcile factory outlet sales accounts
⇗ Posting of Petty Cash transaction in ERP system
⇗ Posting of inventory transactions in ERP system EAS to TMO
⇗ Assist in preparation of ad-hoc management reports as shall be directed
from time to time
⇗ Participate in end of month closure procedures and monthly management
reporting
⇗ Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments
⇗ Any other responsibilities that shall be allocated from time to time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Finance or
related from a recognized university or Certified Public Accountant – CPA U
⇗ A minimum of two years in a manufacturing organization
⇗ Computer Literacy Ms Word and Excel Intermediate to Advanced level user
⇗ Knowledge of accounting software/ERP software
