Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Loading and Offloading of goods.
⇗ Arranging goods in the bins
⇗ Retrieving materials from the bins
⇗ Count stock every day and giving the necessary reports
⇗ Issuing materials as required
⇗ Moving documents to relevant offices
⇗ Cleaning stores on a daily basis as per the Stores SOP and promoting Health
and Safety standards
⇗ Entering data in SAP Systems Application in Data Processing
⇗ Any other duties assigned by the Stores Officer
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate should preferably hold an Advanced level certificate.
Desirable.
⇗ One year of relevant experience is required
⇗ Should be able to work independently in carrying out assignments to
completion, Effective Verbal and written communication, Professional personal
presentation, Customer service orientation skills.
⇗ Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and
compose effective and accurate correspondence.
