⇗ Respond and resolve to client support queries.
⇗ Train Clients on our services and solutions.
⇗ Generate Client Daily support reports.
⇗ Escalate unresolved Client queries to the General Manager for action.
⇗ Work in Shifts Include Day and Night shifts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
⇗ Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values.
⇗ Client focused.
⇗ God Fearing with Integrity / Sound Morals
⇗ Good communicator in both written and spoken English
⇗ Dealing with complexity
⇗ Customer focused and results oriented
