Job Summary ⇒ The Enterprise Development Ofcer is responsible for
delivering training and business advisory services to Micro, Small and Medium
MSME] Clients in strict compliance with the organization's policies and
guidelines. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities ⇒
⇗ Provide business mentor-ship and advisory services to micro, small and medium Clients.
⇗ Prepare and deliver business training to entrepreneurs and other clients.
⇗ Produce training and end-of-activity reports.
⇗ Initiate and develop project proposals for submission to potential funders.
⇗ Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ At least three years’ experience working with a reputable organization that supports MSMEs and provides non-nancial business advisory services.
⇗ Good proposal writing skills.
⇗ Self-driven person with well-developed oral, written and communication skills.
⇗ Leadership.
⇗ Strategic, conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
⇗ Age limit 40 years
