About US ⇒
Fransil Group Limited is a Ugandan survey firm that was incorporated in the
year 2013. It was founded with the aim of filling gaps within the real estate
sector. We realized that clients were facing a challenge of scattered real
estate services and hence they could not ably carry out all their activities
within one consultancy. In the event a client needs a property valuation, they
will definitely need a survey report, property management services or better
still estate agency. We therefore decided to package all survey services so
that clients can have a one stop center. We offer services such as asset and
real estate appraisal/valuation, advisory, cost estimation, construction,
property management, estate agency and land survey.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The Valuation Officer should have completed B. Sc. Land economics/Valuation
Either pending graduation or graduated
⇗ Preferably Fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 Year Experience
